Seriously, what is up with gospel artistes who come onstage to minister clad in outfits bearing Ed Hardy, Ecko Red and the likes? These clothes bear messages in the form of images and words that are contrary to the word of God. The Bible states that we should not worships angels (Col 2:18) yet some articles of clothing bear wings as if glorifying angels. Horns and horned demons, the phoenix, which symbolizes Lucifer rising to Heaven in the form of a morning star and coming to earth in flames and was reborn, therefore having eternal life. The eagle, which is an occult representation of an idea, principle or truth which cannot be seen with the natural eye but can be perceived by the mind and heart. “Death before dishonor”, “Love kills slowly”, “Love dies hard”, are these the messages we wish to perpetuate? Skull and bones signify death and is used in masonry.
The peace symbol (broken cross, cow’s foot, witch’s foot, Nero cross) is actually an upside down broken cross which is a gesture of despair and the death of man. You can look for other random images and words which, upon closer inspection and research will prove to be of an ungodly origin (I have seen the seven deadly sins listed on shirts, dead bodies amongst other things)
Let us not be so ready to get caught up in the hype of the world that we forget that we are called to minister and while there is nothing wrong with wanting to dress nicely, the gospel should not suffer. Let us take care that what we profess with our mouths is the same message reflected in our choice of clothing and our lifestyle in general.
Let’s buckle our shoes, pull up our socks AND OUR PANTS TOO GENTLEMEN (This is for another post) and make disciples of them…

I am in so much disagreement with not only Gospel Artiste/Ministers, but also christians in general for wearing such clothing. Our entire action must represent Christ and not just our hearts. Christ call us to be the "salt of the earth" (Matthew 5:13) "to give this world flavour." Being caught up in the fashion trend is one way of us christians losing our flavour. And so our light become dim. The Word of God states in Matthew 5:16 "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."
