As someone who ministers through dance also, i take it as an offence and also
see it placing God in a box when people make rash comments about the ministry. I
know them guys who dance along side Nicholas and have danced along side them
once, and from my recollection, is not hype ting, just the lifting up of Jesus
in a different form. I realise though that when a ministry is not of the
traditional form, it is not taken in with open arms, however people must
remember that david dance out of his clothes for God. Now, when i consider that,
i wouldnt believe that David was doing ballet, or dance of that form(though
nothing is wrong with that), but can u image di man dance outta him clothes, dat
nuh normal, its sounds like a high energy performance but its just for people to
take God out of the box they place him in, and watch his spirit transform the
lives of young people.

I was a dancer before i got saved, wanted to be at every<...

In Exodus 15:20, Miriam was dancing to celebrate the victory God's power had
brought at the Red Sea. 2 Samuel 6:12-16--David "danced before the Lord"
to celebrate the Ark of the Covenant being brought back to Jerusalem.

Thanx
Wissy....jus wanna say bless up to the dancers. As a dancer/worshipper, I find
it very discouraging when comments are made concerning "dancing" as a
form of "hype" in Christendom. I am very aware that this "dancing
for hype thing" is being done outside of Christendom as well as inside but
let us please let us not seek to discredit them by regarding their ministry
(which ultimately should be God's ministry) "hype". That would be
considered "judging" and God has left that to himself.

Be Blessed

I really enjoy seeing the dancers, it jus reminds me of how the bible
decribes "David" and how he danced in praise & worship unto God.
Great idea Nick to include the dancers on your set and having dem
dancing for Jesus, because they could have been out in the world doing
other stuff .  :'( > .However, please let dem know that what they
are doing is a Ministry and the eyes of many are upon them. Also they are a
positive influencing to many youths who are christians and enjoys
dancing also. God's Kingdom is BIG and we all can find something to do dat
will glorify God. Whether it be preaching, singing,
deejaying, dancing, playing an instrument, cleaning the chuch bathroom
;D, playing a sport (look at the Brazilian football star Kaka who wore a
"I belong to Jesus" T-shirt under his jersy in the UEFA
Champion League Final las...
