It?s the day of the big launch and the question on everyone?s mind? - Will that church be able to hold the masses?? Well folks, PRAISERIOT.COM was on the scene last night, October 25, 2007, for the rehearsal of tonight?s scheduled launch.
When we arrived, the concerns on our mind remained consistent with the popular thought. Pastor Sam McCook, Host Pastor, in his presentation yesterday at THE PRODIGAL SON press launch, also shared that the reality had not set in. Given this wide concern by so many wishing to join in celebrating with Prodigal Son on the launch of his latest project, many are wondering if this will be a midnight experience for many of the anxious patrons.
Prodigal Son, in his address at the press launch stated, in
response to an expressed concern, that while he did not want to say
that it may better some stay home, he instead urged that patrons make
every effort to be early. He continued to express that though he has
continually echoed this across the airwaves, plans are in place to
cater to the large crowd that may not be able to make their way into
the assembly.
The church fields a large balcony, and with
information coming our way, it will be used like a second stage to
interact with the crowd on the outside. Also, for those of you
concerned about the distance of parking and the security of your
vehicles, Prodigal Son spoke of shuttles ready and available to take
you and all your friends to the concert hall. Ample security will be on
location to guarantee your vehicles will be safe.
Also, due to
the fact that there will be a lot of foot traffic in the region of the
assembly, Prodigal Son has asked that all of his fellow ministers and
other key officials help in the effort to accommodate this reality by
using the designated parking areas. ?The shuttles are air conditioned,
and comfortable?, were his words as he continued to encourage everyone
to cooperate.
Mr. Micah Stampley, who has blessed us twice
already this year with some amazing performances at Recharge 2007 and
True Worshippers, is scheduled to arrive in the island today. Omari and
Jason `lil Jay` Mighty were also at rehearsals last night along Mr.
Danny Brownie. All the plans were slowly but progressively underway.
So people, come ready and prepared to live through an experience that will probably be like nothing you have experienced before!
Again, we encourage you to ensure you arrive early. Also, make sure to dress comfortably.
The
night will be wonderful. Remember to pray for continued wisdom for
Prodigal Son and his team as they embark on putting all their plans
into action.
