Do you hear them talking? Do you hear what they are saying? Haven’t you heard about the Da Vinci Code? Did you know that they have recently found the bones of our Lord Jesus Christ? What? Rock stars are more popular than Jesus? Oh, man, the things being taught today by those who are ‘wise’. They provide their complex evidences, and elaborate at length about their empirical data, and they go on and on and on. When will it all end? Like you I hear them talking!

“For it is written, ‘I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.’” [I Corinthians 1: 19]. Wisdom of the wise, what do you think that is? My best guess is any position which tries to take the place of God’s Truth. One such example is Evolution, which tries to put to rest the truth that God has created this world by bringing to the fore an impractical theory of how everything came out of nothing. Many universities, where we should find unity in diversity, peddle the lie as a truth, and many who are trying to be ‘wise’ believe it. The truth is that it takes more faith to be an atheist that to be a Christian. Evolution? That is confusion… I hear them talking!

“Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.” [I Corinthians 1: 20 - 21]. These are simple questions put forth by one of the true scholars, the Apostle Paul. Where is the learnt man, the debater? Where is the ‘rational’ girl? Where is the professor who tries to deny the resurrection of Jesus Christ? Where are they? They are in the paper and electronic media propagating their deceptions, and we see them. I hear them talking!

With a simple truth God has confounded many. They just cannot understand how one Man’s death could bring them life. How is it possible? They seek to know if a virgin could give birth to a child. They know that one hand cannot clap. They try to understand the details of the most complex things and events. They want to understand God. But that’s not possible because God says “…as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” [Isaiah 55: 9]. He is the One with true wisdom. Listen to what He is saying.

I hear them talking, but God has spoken. And His Word is and is life. His Word alone matters. Do you hear Him talking?!
 
“For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence. [I Corinthians 1: 22 – 29].

I thank God for that movie by Mel Gibson cause thats what put a hault in their tracks. There are so many teachings out there that try to proove who jesus really was and that his ascension was really walking up a mountain,. Even then still trying to ignore the fact that he bas bruised, beaten, mocked, teased and bled all before raising from dead. What an incredible feet for even a mere mortal man. HAH HAH HAIII.
